I been living here for a couple of months and this place is by far the worst place I ever lived. mangement is horrible! people from the office is unfriendly and rude. I've never met anybody who were as unprofessional and unfriendly as they are. they say they will do one thing and the next they are bitching about me complaining about the apartment. Neighbors are horrible too. they are so freaking loud!!! All they do is listening to musics and bass up real high. It literally shakes my walls. it's the ghettoest ghetto place I've ever been in. I didn't know much about Orlando, so I moved in here but I'm definitely moving out as soon as I can!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

you first learn how to spell english !! the music subject has nothing to do with the leasing office or this place to be bad it has to do with your neighbours!! so if you would handle that right your neighbours by now would already been evicted for misconduct and unlawfull behaviour!! get some proofs like record the sound level tape it with a cam!! than you call the sheriffs dep.they help you out if the porblem persists!! make sure you called 911 a few times that its always good when the cops know the rowdys who live here!!the leasing office is not unprofessional maybe you dont know how to conduct yourself or how to appoach these people!! they are a company ,here to make money !! to make money they need to keep the place up and running!! they are not required by state law to provide any of us with security!! but they did which is a very good thing!! did you know that they pay a fortune for the police to patrol here every night all the nights>?no you dont seem to know orlando very well have you ever been to pinehills well go there stay one night at a cheap motel and than when you come back you will call this place a paradise! and you know you do have other options pack your stuff find you a secluded gated apartment complex and pay moore rent!!but dont you dare believe that gates means security! i know 2 lawyers they are my friends and they live upscale and just got their brand new cars all scratched up and damaged windows broken!! so dont believe that the gras is greener somewhere else ,hell no,you got that wrong!! so dont talk this place down to a ghetto go stay ay jacksonsquare thats the ghetto the hood!!by the way we call pinehills crimehills thats the real ghetto the real ghetto!!

The English language is a beautiful thing you should learn it sometime. It sounds like you???re an overweight lady whom has nothing do to and can???t afford anything else because of your eating habits prevent you from moving forward. And you have no life or friends so you feel you need to go to the leasing office for a pointless meeting 1 to get some free cookies and to because you have absolutely nothing better to do. I???m very sorry you like living here it is sad that you have not experienced anything else this town has to offer and yes I have seen Pine Hills & paramour drove past on I4 it???s a dumb isn???t it that???s why its getting torn down, and the other ???wonderful??? places you have mentioned, you probably have lived there to figures- I don???t live there for a reason and for the same reason I wouldn???t live there, I wouldn???t want to continue living here. Speaking to the leasing office is pointless they can???t ever get anything done in a timely fashionable manner, ???professional management company??? I think that name should be changed they can???t speak correct English and never know how to handle a problem or issue with something that has been going on in the complex. And god forbid you have a question they never know the answer they answer a question with a question. And I do know how to ???conduct myself??? I just don???t have patience for illiterate idiots who don???t know there jobs! Re schooling is always an option for these people and for you to. I do not need to call the Police or get a tape recorder I have a life going out to buy a tape recorder and taping it to my wall is a bit much for me besides sounds a little psychotic if you ask me. Someone like you would do that huh? But I am at work so I have to go now you continue being you all thou change is an option. And you attend those meetings and you make your voice herd I know they are ???listing???.
