The shower is always broke. When i moved in i had no air conditioning, and it was the middle of summer. the management is cool, which is the only reason i haven't tried to run away from here as fast as I could. The maintenance people work their asses off to keep this place up to snuff, i feel really bad for them. I just wish that the walls weren't so thin so i could actually make my production music without pissing off my neighbor, who is really cool might i add. So in conclusion, i think this place might be ok to live in in about a year from now, but as for now, you should really look at the apartment that YOU are gonna get instead of the MODEL because their is a reason for that...
