The day we moved in we discovered a laundary list of things wrong with the place including broken door knobs, and broken toilets. The place was filthy, the screen was torn, not a single closet door in the whole apartment works properly, and the hot water heater didn't work. All of this was reported the week we moved in. It took 2 weeks of almost daily visits before they fixed the water heater, 4 months before they sent out anybody to look at the door knobs (we eventually replaced them ourselves after we got tired of waiting) and they never fixed the screens or the closet doors. On 3 different occasions someone from the maintenance department came out to look at the plumbing, and left the cap off of the sewer line each time allowing sewage to pour out onto the front steps of several apartments. The first time this happened I reported it to management and after 2 WEEKS and several visits they finally closed the pipe back off. After several rounds of this the front walk areas and grassy areas in front of the surrounding apartments became crusted in used toilet paper and it was more than a month before the maintenance people cleaned that up. Disgusting!
I've had to take way too many trips to the office to speak to management and every time I've been in there I am treated (and I have seen others treated) like a nuisance, and with unprofessional even rude behavior.
I have lived in numerous apartments over the years and never before have I been treated so poorly. I STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere.
