THE VILLAS OF PINECREST MANAGEMENT HAVE BEEN SENDING OUT FLYERS FOR UNIT UNIT INSPECTIONS SINCE AUGUST AND THEN AGAININ SEPTEMBER. THEY NEVER SHOWED. ON OCT 2 THEY ENTERED TENANTS UNITS WITHOUT PERMISSION WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW!!

THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE, HOWEVER IF I WAS WALKING AROUND MY HOME NAKED AND THEY JUST SHOWED UP THEN WHO WOULD BE THE BLAME IF I LASHED OUT AND STRUCK THE PERSON ENTERING.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT THE WAY THAT MANAGEMENT SHOULD HANDLE THE SITUATION.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AT ALL!! ITS LIKE MANAGMENT LIVES IN THE APARTMENT WITH YOU AND DOESN'T PAY RENT. JUST COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE.

very true. 3 months of inspections while I lived there. And I had dirty laundry in a hamper in my living room and they reported to management my unit was filthy.
