When I first moved in, the dishwasher was full of stinky water, the washer and the dryer wasn't working, I didn't have a oven rack, I went weeks without an oven rack, I've called and physically went to the office, the BOTH toilets had dead little bugs in them, none of the sliding closet doors stayed on the tracks, and the floor was filthy. On top of all this the water always went out, there was no water, I could in the middle of a shower, then nothing, sometimes I could have water and it would just stink, my family boiled water all the time. They had the first month free deal, but it is not at all worth it. Oh, and yeah the neighbors are loud, loud reggae tone blasting, and the sound of speeding cars. I hate the parking, the 'security' gates hardly were closed. I could go on and on, I'm sure you get the point. My lease is up in May 2008, I'm looking for a new place now.
