Management broke in my apt. w/o warning once and attempted to do so the 2nd time but I was at the door @first hearing of my latch turning-only about 2 months later. This is alarming not only as a single female but I have a concealed weapons permit- 4 my protection-They risk my shooting them or ...their possible perversions as I have seen some of these leasing/maintenance people do to unsuspecting females...who knows what their intentions are.
Insect problems, paper thin walls, unwelcoming residents who dont speak english and they have lots of "trafficing" going on here. police are everywhere camped out & run w/night sticks. You dont want 2 get a moving/parking violation here. u r risking ur life.

Now this person obviously has a radical. These accusations are not true the staff there is supereb, they have thier days like all of us do in the real world. People in general will bring their negatives etc. I have lived here since April of this year and no such things are happening I actually found this place on line saw the negative4 comments and took my chances. To shed some insight on the the property overall, no one says the good things,,these people allow you to share the fun activities, movie nights bingo night, occassional resident activities food, fun and sun. They host crime watch meetings and pretty much run an open door policy they are never too bust to see you. Myself including other resident do enjoy our home there. Now its your choice or turn call it what you will of over 500 something residents which includes children how many of us are complaining.????? Seeing is believing dont knock it til you have tried it....GREAT LIVING, GREAT STAFF GREAT PLACE TO LIVE CLOSE TO EVERY THING. JOSEPHINA BALI ATTORNEY AT LAW

ratings at 4% approval shows I am correct. Unless u work 4/benefit from your latino gang/drug us paradise then you have mental issues. I lived there for 2 years and couldnt take anymore so I didnt renew. It's crack/cokeheads paradise and you probably do both. They kill. Dont overdose, just go to rehab. and find a better job so you have some stability without management that knows and does nothing about the problems. I reported it several times. You must be one of the causes.
