48 hours into moving in I went to the leasing office begging to be moved my neieghbor are loud all the time there is no relief. I complained to the leasing staff no one cares,beside I must plunge my toilet after every use even after having someone look at it I came home to my bath mat completely soak and the floor wet . My neighbors have the loudest little girl I have ever heard I complain every week nothing is done their dog pee on the balcony , the place has garbage everywhere they tried to keep up but the tenants are nasty. I hate it I have 8 months left. Help !!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunate. I lived there for a miserable 5 years before I was able to get away from their claws. Finally when I moved, as part of a ploy to keep the deposit, they charged over $4000 for the "cleaning" of the apartment [needless to say I didn't give them a dime], although it was left spotless, a lot more than can be said for how they gave it to me. It was termite infested to the point that my rental insurance co. refused to continue to carry on a policy. I had to drop it. Not to mention the flea infestation during the hot summer months. One thing was good though; I never had a single roach thanks to the home's cleanliness, not the complex/community, since the street where the trash dumpster is should be the dumpster itself. It's never been cleaned and trust me when I say; "I know what you feel and mean when you state the place is filthy. It' was a good place to start for people who just arrived to Florida, but it has changed for the very worst since Professional Magagement took over on September 2006. It was slightly better under ceebraid management a few years ago. To get a hint, look at the "rerward" being offered to move there in addition to the rental offers. It was $100 reward plus $595 to move in, now it's much higher reward with a much lower deposit and rent.....
