when we 1st moved in we should hv known, we paid the depsit and all, had all our ---- packed, and they were like "o the rooms not ready" we had to wait like a week to get in, and even then, they charged us the full rent. paint was still wet, there were roaches in the apartment when we moved in! not to mention all the hair that is PAINTED INTO THE WALLS! its gross, but hella cheap.
the office staff was great when we came. but as it went along it took more and more and more time for them to do anything. we had a leak in the air and CHRIS assured us they would come that day, it took them almost 2 weeks just to come out! we called about mold, NO ONE CAME untill i mentioned that weve been sick and i was going to let my dr know. we called on a fri re the mold and told them it was black, and they didnt come till tues.
OMG! and they hv all kinds of HUGE dogs that have attacked, but we "hv breed and weight restrictions" but i will say that the office and chris jumped right on it after the cops and the guy that was bitten showed up.
the pest guy is a joke. dont even bother. we gave upo on them doing there part and now pay for someone to come out for us.
and now they want to kick the rent up to almost 700 bc NO ONE WANTS TO LIVE HERE! it sux really, bc the people are nice, they just dnt follow through. they blame eachother for not filling work orders properly, or say it wasnt called in or whatever. there is always an excuse.
and yes, i always pay the rent. we hv been late 1 time and they were cool about it. they try to do fun things for the family people, like game nights and movie nights, and we used have bingo, but they really need to spend time fixing ---- and the people. i do wish they would fix that other pool or maybe hv a 24hr fitness. its like they only cater to people who dnt work!
anyways, they hv potential, its not hell or anything close, but it could be a lot better. and thats the truth.
