I haven't even been here for a year and I am SO ready to move out! Not only is this place really dirty and full of some disgustingly grimy people but, everything is broken! The pool, the gate, my fridge, my washing machine and air conditioning... We've had some gross drunken homeless person living on our stairs for almost a month! I didn't even want to go outside to go to work because he was there. Last week, the cops came and finally took him away. My fridge has been leaking since day 1 of living here and maintenance says there's nothing wrong with it... same thing goes for my washing machine. My surrounding neighbors are so rude! They linger outside all the time, being really loud, doing drug deals and throw trash in the bed of my boyfriends truck! No class! How could the office lease to these low life drug addicts'! ... this place would probably be a little better if they set their tenants standards higher. If you're what they call "hood" or "ghetto", this place is totally for you, but if you have class or any standards, don't waste your time...I was just desperate for an apartment last year and anything was good at the time.
