IF YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR WALLS ADORNED WHITH WATER SPOTS AND THE PAINT COMING OFF BECAUSE OF LEAKING WATER, IF YOU LIKE TO CALL THE OFFICE AND NEVER FIND A PROMPT RESPONSE,IF YOU LIKE PARKING YOUR CAR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE THERES NO PARKING SPACES AND THEN HAVE YOU CAR BROKEN INTO, IF YOU LIKE THE PEACEFUL WAKING UP AT THREE IM THE MORNING BECAUSE OF THE SOUND OF GUN SHOTS YOU SHOULD COME AND LIVE HERE AT TUSCANY BAY!!!!!! IT IS WORSE THAN HELL...
