I have lived in many apartments and have come to the conclusion that all complexes are the same. Tuscany Bay is the same as all complexes out there. The property is nicely kept and the staff is freindly. What else do you want' Most people who complain about there complex should go live in a house any way. You are never going to get the service that you THINK you should get and anyplace you live it's always going to be the same thing.
If you want a clean apartment, nice grounds and a staff who does care about there residents then Tuscany Bay is the place to live.
Like I said, I have lived in many complexes and by far this community is one of the best. And do not think that this complex is any where near the so-called "GHETTO!" You can live in a house and still have break ins and everything else just like at an apartment.
I especially like all of my neighbors.
