within the first few weeks of being here in orlando and living at Tuscany Bay, my roommate had his motorcycle stolen from right in front of our apt. we hear gunshots all the time. the people that live above us are so freakin loud. and we have complained about them numerous times and nothing has been done. my rent check was stolen out of the rent drop box and my account got broken into. after that happend i closed the account and wrote them a new check. now keep in mind they knew what had happend. so when i went the next day to give them the new check. they tried to tell me it was late and i had to pay the late fee.
the women that work in the office are a rude and mean. they don't really care what you have to say. they are always arguing with us no mater what we come in to complain about which is all the time. because there is always something wrong in our apt. they charge way too much for what that place is worth. they just don't care as long as they get their money they are happy.
