Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I have lived there for 11 months now. I can say that I was sold on my apt w/o seeing it because of the leasing agents. My apartment was nice as well. I thought they were great until I had difficulty getting my rent together. Then they grew horns. I want to blame Zom for the procedures, but I don't know.

If it doesn't take much to impress you, Tuscany Bay is fine. But to me it is extremely average. No flare, no fan fair, but little to complain about.
