I would not reccommend this complex to anyone. When I first moved there it was a fantastic place to live but went down hill shortly thereafter. The apartments are way over-priced. Maintenance & other vendors contracted with the complex walk into your home without any notification. Employees of Tuscany Bay are extremely rude. Cars get keyed or stolen on a regular basis. Those who live there do not clean up after their pets & often times there is a strog odor of dog feces when walking around the grounds. The parking situation is horrid. People park in front of fire hydrants & park, blocking your car in. When reported to management you are told to call the police because it is not their problem. When you call the police you are told that the management company needs to contact them since you are not the owner. The complex management has lost rent checks on several different ocassions and then put 3 day eviction notices on your door. They never even attempt to contact renters and let them know their check may have been lost. The one thing I can say good about the complex is that their maintenance staff is very friendly and often quick to respond to issues for you.
