I have been living at Tuscany Bay for almost 3 years now. I have seen several management companies come and go, as well as maintenance companies. The management here truly seems to not care about complaints.

A few of my experiences...A few months after I moved in the tiles in the shower came completely off the wall. Yes, you read that right. Nearly 70% of the tiles in the shower fell off exposing the molded wood behind it. A few weeks later someone came to repair it. Today, the tiles are still on the wall, but the caulking used to seal around the tub and fixtures has come off. The appliances are outdated and break very frequently, including the AC/Heat. Just before Christmas one of my friends in my building was robbed at gun point and then shot at when they tried to fight back. A few months ago one of the apartments below me was being used to deal drugs. The few times I caught a glimpse of the interior of the apartment there was only 1 folding chair in the living room but somehow 6 people lived in there. Neighbors are very noisy. Lots of partying on the weekends. Loud cars, music. When my neighbor runs the garbage disposal it sounds like they are coming through my kitchen wall. Beer bottles, hair, cigarettes, lawn chairs, plastic cups in the pool and spa. Spa has been broken for months. They say they wont repair it until the summer. Sirens, helicopters with search lights in the area. Put it this way, I'm writing this at 12am and there is someone moving in trampling up and down the stairs with furniture.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have lived in Tuscany bay gor almost two years. I just can't beleive how little the staff cares. They are all about picking up trash every morning but when it comes to fixing things like dishwashers, ovens, and ac it just isn't a priority at all. On top of that the management is rude as can be. I don't think they have an idea of what customer service is. I'm sure they do field a lot of phone calls in a day but lets face it you do work for your tenants. Is it possible to act like it. Well in my time here I haven't seen it. They are so quick to hang up on you. Who does that. Who in there right mind hangs up on a client. Talk about complete disrespect but they still want that rent money. Now we get to work with another horrible manager named -------. I'm sure she won't be there long they never are and with an attitude like hers she shouldn't be. I would not recomend this place to anyone. I would be shocked if anyone who has lived or visited Tuscany Bay would either. You might as well live by the citrus bowl thats how this place feels.

I agree 120% WITH THIS REVIEW and the comments. DO NOT RENT HERE it is AAWFUL> no one cares about you and they only want to get paid for sitting in the office and making their quotas of rentals but if enough of use tell people to run far maybe just maybe things will change. YEAH RIGHT. read all reviews and you will see that this place has alwys been a bad place to live managment sucks Iwish i had read this b4 i moved here.

I totally agree with all the negative comments posted about Tuscany bay apts. As far as getting anything fixed that is broken it's worse then pulling teeth. These people could care less about the tenants but if you're 1 day late with the rent they'll threaten to kick you out in a heartbeat. I have been asking these degenerates to fix a leak in my bathroom for over 6 months and still nothing but empty promises. At the end of my lease I'm running out of this place.....Me

I went in on 11/11/08. They claim to have a new management company and they say that things are going to get better. The new management has only been there since October supposedly!
