I have lived at Tuscany Bay for 1 year now. My lease expires in less than 60 days and I could not be happier. I moved in there because the apartments looked nice and they were running a 2 months free rent special. I should have read the comments on this board before I moved in because they were correct. I've had nothing but frustration and hassles since the day I moved in. There was a crack in the tile in the bathroom. Some of the doors to the apartment do not shut properly. Pest control is not regular and I have never seen so many huge roaches in my life. Anytime you have a maintenance problem, you will most likely have to contact the office more than once before it is fixed. I have waited sometimes for as long as 2-3 weeks to get a problem fixed. As I am writing this, ai have been waiting for 6 weeks for maintenance to come fix an accumulating list of problems with my apartment. Tuscany Bay looks lovely on the outside, but don't be fooled, the apartments are poorly maitained on the inside and it takes a long time to get problems fixed, if they are ever fixed at all. Take my advice, you're better off moving in to another community.

I TOTALY AGREE WITH THE ROACHES THEY ARE AWFUL, IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN ESPECIALLY STAY AWAY.

To add insult to injury, I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom when Imoved. I just received a bill from them for $225 for failing to clean. I have the picture on my digital camera showing a spotless apartment. Interesting!
