I have lived here for about 5 months. I am in a 2 bedroom apartment. I HAD a dog but one day they were doing an inspection and accidently let dog out. not only did they not try to catch my dog they didnt even try to contact me to let me know that my dog was out of my house. I came home from work that afternoon to an empty house and went directly to the leasing office for the girl in the office to say "oh yea! your dog got out" not a big deal at all, i guess. i went door to door to almost every apartment put flyers up and walked the entire complext atleast a dozen times. everyone in that complex knew i was looking for my dog. i spent a good 7-8 hours before giving up for the night. the next day another lady called me to tell me that they did infact find the dog earlier in the previous day but she was hit by a car so they just disposed of her. i wanted to give my dog a proper burial and give my heart a little peace so i asked if i could have her back. it took them another 2 hours to try to retrive my dog but no they couldnt because they put her in the compact trash and she was too deep. i couldnt do anything for my dog and they were compleatly noncholant about it. my parents came in to try to intervine in the situation and the same lady who had helped me so much shed some very important light on the situation. the dog was in fact hit earlier in the day but the company decided it was better to just dispose of her and had TWO meetings to decide wheather or not to tell me at all which is when the lady decided to take matters in her hands and let me know. oh and we spent the next week fighting with them on why they should replace my dog and take full responsibilty for it. we got lawers involved and what do you know they settled.
nothing can make that situation better and for only that reason i would never ever recommend this apartment to anyone. i did make the mistake to do that and my friend did move in but i didnt get my 200$ because the new leasing office wouldnt honor anything the previous one had told us [[ we have onyl seen one switch so far]]. i have also been complaining about the ac in my room [[doesnt work AT ALL]] for the past 5 months never seen anyone do anything just come in and look for a few minutes say they are going to replace a filter or something and never come back. and they harrass us every other week trying to evict us for noise. the people below us have complained about everyone that have been in this apartment [[ the people in the apartment next to us have live in in my apartment but they were have a problem and there was a couple who just moved that told us about all the problems they had with the people below]] but it has gotten so bad we arnt able to watch tv or even come in at the same time or the cops are called and we get another noise complaint fallowed by an eviction notice. i am trying to find away out of my lease because i cant see myself here for another second.

I am so sorry to hear about the dog. I have one and I would have been devastated. Those people have no heart!

You ma'am, are a tool. Please, for the love of god, take some kind of course on how not to brutalize the english language. I feel kind of sorry for your dog, yet you have not yet offered any kind of advice to someone interested in this complex. It's for this reason that you are hearby banned from this website, effective:
TODAY, JANUARY 16th, 2009.
Our records indicate that your ip address is:

Have a nice day.

How cool are you "anonymous"? If from this woman's experience you can not gather that the place is bad business then it seems you are the one in need of a course- on how to read between the lines. Unless of course you are so desperate and cheap that HOW a company treats you is "irrelevant" when deciding on a place to live. Thank you!

Anonymous....let me guess. You probably work for Tuscany Bay. I live here too. And I know this situation...and several others. I would NEVER recommend living on the property as long as Lauren is the manager.
