My husband, children and I have lived here for a little over a year and recently PRG Real Estate has taken over from Jupiter Management. The new management is HORRIBLE, especially Lauren. We went without hot water for over a month and they didn't do anything until we told them we were going to hire an attorney. They post notices on your door at midnight and state you owe fees that you don't. None over their paper work has ever matched mine either. They told me I owed $132 in water bills, which she couldn't prove and then posted a letter on my door 2 days later saying I owed $137.49. I don't know where this woman gratuated college, but I think she needs to go back. I would NEVER reccommend this property to ANYONE. I can't wait to move out next week!!!!!! The ONLY way I would even consider staying, is if they got rid of Lauren. Also, our neighborhood use to be very quiet, when Jupiter owned it, and now you hear people blaring there radios around the parking lot all night long. Jupiter also use to have community parties for the holidays, this company does not.
