I moved into Tuscany Bay Apartments and have lived there for apprx. 1 year. In that year's time, Tuscany Bay was managed by Jupiter it was semi funcition. I had lots of maintance problems, but the maintenance was usaully prompt and fixed things with no problem. Well, apprx. 6mths into my lease PRG Real Estate Mgmt. took over the property and things quickly went down from there. Lauren D'Ambrosio was the manager who seemed to know little on running an apartment complex, records were never in order. Laurn D'Ambrosio was often unpleasent and rude. Her staff with the exception of Cleevens were also unpleasent. Lauren D'Ambrosio has been nothing but unethical.She along with her regional supervisor SUMMER DAVIS were highly unprofessional in thier busineess.MS.DAVIS does not even return phone calls to resident who voice complaints. She allowed some tenants to break their lease due to no reason at all.
It seemed that everytime you turned around there was some sort of inconvience from the 3moth painting job that is still not done yet, to the month long paving the parking lot. Tuscany (Nightmare) Bay is no place to live. Cars are vandalized and the staff do not have thier books in order. For example, I have already paid rent the beginning of this month. Yet, on 4/20/2009 I got a late notice when I called the office today I waited for 10minutes just to be told of thier mistake. Save yourself time and stress DO NOT MOVE IN TUSCANY(NIGHTMARE)BAY AND DO NOT RENT FROM PRG MGNT.

I reported her ("L.D.") To BBC and she, being the unprofessional that she is, claimed that we were just trouble tenants and our complaints were not valid. Ha! Well apparently she's a hit with others as well!!!
