We've recently looked into this place despite some of the bad reviews (cheap price). At first, it wasn't too bad, but they are already changing things about the lease and we're becoming more hesitant to sign. Jocelyn is the rudest and most arrogant person we have ever dealt with and she alone is making us reconsider living there, but we're hoping we won't have to deal with her after we sign the lease.
Has anyone else had problems with her and/or the rest of the new Mgmt. team recently' Also we're thinking about talking to the new property manager, Katy Day' and we're wondering if anyone has dealt with her, thanks in advance.

I have had the displeasure of dealing with her. Either she can't take messages proerly or that Lauren is not only incompetent but negligent as well. She never returned calls I left with jocelyn. The ONLY female there with an ouce of sense is Cydia and hopefully she's used it and left. It is 110% NOT worth moving there and dealing with them. Remember that poor service is often a REFLECTION of who leads. Lauren was the manager when I left that wretched place and I'm am ECSTATIC to know she has been replaced..she makes you want to hurt her! Please don't sell yourself short- I am sure you are a hard working indiividual, you do not want to come home from work and deal with these people...they will make you want to work over-time. The neighborhood is crappy since they became so desperate for tenants that ANYONE can move in...it you want to actually ENJOY where you live this is NOT the place for you! Trust me I WISH I listened.

I used to live at this apartment complex. The management is horrible. They luckily got rid of the old manager, but I have friends that still live there and they said the new manager is extremely rude. They have changed management and maintenance at least 2-4 times in the last couple years. I would not suggest you move there.

i'd say the management needs some work, i dont understand where they get these people? lauren shold be working at mcdonalds, and the rude jocelyn should be a meter maid with that rudeness. I havent met the others but i dont think i want to

DONT MOVE HERE! If the price is cheap, the service is too. You always should wonder when you're getting that great of a deal, it's too good to be true and it is I promise! You will regret if you move in. And if you do, just realize that you will have to put Jocelyn in her place.
