Most of the time when people log on this site its only to complain, which HAS to be the reason why this amazing place has gotten some immature and rotten reviews.

I'm not sure of what issues this place had in the past, but ever since Katie Day became manager this complex has gone only uphill. It's quiet at night, all problems are fixed promptly, and any issues you have the office staff take care of quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, not only for the great price, or the amazing rennovations, or the great location, but for a wonderful place to call home.

lol! riiiiight we're ALL a bunch of crazies huh? I had good reviews too....at first. I love how people who have lived there less than a year feel so superior? Maybe you're staff!

yeah to be honest alot of the people who live here freak me out, they jus are weird people. its not so much the peopole in the office but more the maintenance people who fix stuff

Oh my god! Really! I've lived here almost a year, seen management switch hands twice and it still is awful to live here. I mean I don't know what the tenants do all day!! I work and go to school so really when yall are loud I don't really appreciate. And whomever wrote this review above, really has low expectations. Don't know about you, but I plan on having a career and not living in ------ apartments my whole life.
