Office staff are not nice, and Jocelyn is so dumb. When they showed me one of 1 bedrooms, it was sooo dirty, and some stuff were broken. How could they show me such room' I mean think about it, if you really want people to move in, you should show the nicest room in the complex. That room was just disgusting!!!!! In addition, after a couple days I submitted the application without reservation fee, they changed the price and told me that the rent got higher while I did not pay the reservation fee. Ok, the price is subject to change. The price changed dramatically within 1 day yeah, right. Jocelyn gave me the room# of 1 bedroom that I could possibly move in, but turned out it was 2 bedrooms. LOL I can tell how stupid those people are without moving in! I do not want to deal with those stupid people. They don't know how to run the business. Do not pay reservation fee ($150) unless you really want to live here. It is non-refundable.
