I would not recommend these apartments to anyone I know. I lived in a 1 br. apt. on the 1st level for a little over 1 yr. During a large portion of that time there was a family of 4, and then 5 after having another baby,[eyes rolling] living above me in same size apt. as mine. You can imagine the noise of having a full family living above you in a TINY 1 br. apt. It was horrible!! I talked to the manager about it and she said that she would take care of it. It was not until several months later that they finally moved out. I was about to go crazy!! Theses apartments are showing their age and the floors creak horribly!

The office staff is freindly and helpfull most of the time. But, getting any type of maintenance work completed is almost impossible.

The outside and traffic noise is really bad. People cruising through the parking lot with the stereo cranked and loud exhaust on their cars. People street racing down Grant St. late at night...etc, etc,... I had to call the police more than once because some ------- was in the parking lot with the stereo cranked up to the point that my windows were rattling. If you are wanting a nice quiet place to call home THIS IS NOT IT!! For that matter - I would look in a totally different area of town.
