I've lived all over the country to be honest and tuscany bay is by far the worst. Moved back in June of 2008 and awaiting now our lease to be up.If it isn't for the LOUD neighbors (I'm a college student), then you have the crappy maintenence staff. When you try to address problems they just look at you as if you aren't important. Staff is not only incompitent & slow, but rude. We once had our ac out during a hot weekend for 3 days. Also when work orders were put in maintenence staff would come in when we were not home. I'm sorry, I'm a woman and I don't want a man I don't know in my apartment, especially in this area. Repeatedly they were told not to enter when we weren't here. One time they actually let themselves in when my boyfriend and I were in the back bedroom sleeping. I got out of bed and asked why are you in my apartment. They said that they knocked. Finally they stopped coming in the apartment after I told them that the next time someone comes in, I'm calling the police. I truly believe that they were scoping out things to steal. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is GHETTO and dangerous.
