I am disabled and have had over 6 months of Maintenance requests lost along with 3 keys I provided to staff to come in o get these issues fixed which became health issues. Property manager -------------------------------------------------- all took part in the discrimination and lack of providing my disabilty and health issues by allowing me to live in a know severely moldy ceiling, vents. And walls knowing I'm asthmatic and epileptic. They refused to provide the telephone number to contact coporate.

Thanks for the info o was serverd a 5 day eviction last week after yet again a key they claimed lost that insaw him make a copy of. The day the key was there but was served the 5 day notice after they verbally agreed with me (john did) that I would pay rent after the issues were fixed. I move out wed and Nothing has been done all this time and they (nick) are harrassing me to pay my balance after evicting me??? What is wrong with this staff?

May I suggest Harbor Beach? I moved here after living in Royal Isles and living through a nightmare similar to your. The staff is great and so far I haven't had a problem with them. The one time I needed maintenance they came within hours of me putting in the request. I live in one of the studio though which are new so that may be why I havent had maintenance issues. So far I haven't heard anything bad from my neighbors either. It's a little bit further south on 436 than Tuscany Bay on the intersection of Lake Margaret and Semoran.

look at all the people in the office though, they're kids who have never held a real job besides this
