Some of these ratings are too harsh! I have been living here for 2 yrs. and I love it! Sure there have been some problems, like noise from parties, but you will have those problems anywhere. The staff is friendly and the building is maintained fairly well. I wouldn't live anywhere else downtown. I would recommend this place to anyone that asked!
