I moved into Valencia Trace as my first apartmenet, it looked nice... since i was my first apartment i didnt htink it was too strange that you cannot see what they look like before you move in... now i do... but anyways.. it took them about amonth of jerking me around until i finally got to move in. the lady in the office who i now know on a first name basis was really sweet and i was so excited i walked in and thought the carpet was ugly brown but tile and size of bathrooms were nice.....i lovd living here for a while and thought i had good neighbors.. but then realized i didnt. the walls are paper thin i could hear them all of the time. they finally moved out but then i got worse neighbord my roomis the closest to th front door and i can hear every conversation outside my neighbrs BLAST their music so loud it sounds like it is on full blast IN my house. they calim to be such great apartments but one morning i woke up to my kitchen being flooded. when i called the office the next mornign because i didnt know about the emergancy line, i was yealled at for not calling sooner.. but yet i went out and got a carpet cleaner to get up all the water off of the carpets so why be mad i helped... but then we foudn out that it was a rat that had eaten through the tubes.... they got traps and we were to wait til we got the rat... it was caught by ME not them and then the problem was gone.. but then they still have not been back to fix my sink.. i have no kitchen sink at all and the guest room sink doesnt work and mine has no pressure so the bathtub is my source of water. you would think spening over 700 a month i wouldnt have to live liek that. i leave in two weeks so now i just dont care i would NEVER tell anyone to live here... not to mention the amount of horribel kids here who ring doorbells and run who break into things and steal, and the ungodly amount of fights that somehow involve the whole aartment complex... i cannot stand it her ei am pulling out my hair.. o yea and i idn tmention when i went to the office about that rat and flooding problem they yelled at me and told me it was because i was disgusting.. they maintenance went into my apt and saw it was clean as a whistle so it wasnt me btu the nerve.. and then they went to my neighbors and asked them questions to see why. i got complained about supposidly so many times.. it hink they might jsut be saying that to get me to move because i may be 19 but i am probably the only 19 year old who doesnt part and isnt loud... isnt it sad this place is so bad that even a 19 year old hatese living here.

Man. This has to be the worst review I've heard in a while. First of all, your paying 700 bucks???? That's a bargain!! I've read many reviews to alot of apartments on this website and I have to say that they are always negative. They also involve people who have had confrontations with the staff at the complex at some point. They also involve people who cannot spell or compose a sentence. For 700 bucks a month I wouldn't be picky. It's like the old saying goes...you get what you pay for. But I guess you don't know about that...I mean you are only 19.

Dcuellar4, the apartments are the pits. I myself never had a problem with the staff. What I do have a problem with is the fact that they are blind to some who do not follow rules and have eyes wide open to others. You have pigs that live here that place their garbage on the roof or hood of their cars, if the garbage so happens to fall they leave it there and drive off. Or they leave their garbage bags infront of someone elses door. I don't know how many times I have had to call the office because someone dumped their nasty garbage infront of my door. I cannot tell you the last time that the maintance men came around to clean up. I don't get paid to clean up the hallway when it wasn't I who made the mess.
