I am 39 and my mom is 72- we went to visit (by bus #15) and after walking such a long way from the college to the complex; we were soaked in sweat and tired. We saw the office and went in for some cold air and to rest a minute. I could not believe that we were scolded for sitting there (10 seconds after we sat). Management informed us that if we are not prospective residents we cannot sit there. I have never been so shocked in the 8 years that I have lived in Orlando- not even when I lived in "ghetto complexes". I own my house now. The only reason that I did not tell them off was because I did not want to jeopardize my aunt's residency there. My aunt has lived there4 months and has no complaints (yet). She has section 8 and was desperate that explains the double security deposit they asked her for... I Wonder...''
