Hi! Lived here a few months and liked it. Quite enviroment, great 4 kids, family, or young people. Never had any trouble, neighboors quite, friendly, kept to themslves, has good emminaties. Good for the price enjoyed it while there would recomend it. I would move there again if they accepted Pets but they dont thats a big withdrawl but all else was fine especially for the price others I looked at or know pple at have high crime, noise etc this isnt the case with Valencia Trace its nice for the price.
