I will be so happy to move out come this December. When we resigned our lease it wasn't because we were in love with the place it was because around Christmas is a hard time to save but this year we're finding a way to do it! My dishwasher was broken for over 7 months. I put it about 6 work orders and nothing until i went down there and huffed and puffed and got them to come out the next day. I have water damage in my walls from harsh rains, my flooring is coming up, and m upstairs neighbors are insanely loud. And as for this "Laundry room" it is completely disgusting you'd better to just go to an actual laundry mat then waste your time in here, the "hot" water does not even get mildly warm. I do not recommend it.
