Totally agree with Ridiculous Parking Rules and other rules

I don't know why they start doing this Ridiculous parking rules.
Maybe for security reason. But obviously, the management is not helping residents for safety.
They are actually bothering the residents.
This is CONDO with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Especially with 3 bedrooms, how can they only have 2 cars allowed'
3 roommates with two cars' It doesn't make sense.
Even they are doing this parking things, the gate is always broken and never fix quickly so it is just
welcoming everyone. Not safe at all.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!
I will absolutely move out at the end of my lease.
