These aparmtents were great at first. I lived there for about 4 years and now I want to move out. Since they have change management comoanies the things have been getting worse and worse. Before it was nice and peaceful and the proprety was always very clean. Maintenance staff was always wonderful and kept the proprety looking very mice and the residents happy. Now there have been people in here dealing drugs, residents getting robbed and even the security gards getting jumped and robbed. These aparments are too expensive and they dont provide the proper staff to accomadet the resident nor the proper security to make the residents here feeling safe. I am now scared to leave at night and walk my dog since I know that we dont have proper security and might get jumped. There is always college studetns at the pool drinking and you cant go and relax at the pool as you should be able to. Non resdents are always using the facilitied that I pay for and management does nothing about it. IF you are looking for a nice aparmtment to leave in Victoria Place use to be the one but not anymore. New management has let this place get bad and they truly dont care anymore. Please dont make Victoria Place your next move. Trust me you will regret it.
