This could have been an excellent community. However the owners will just not take the time to make improvements that have a direct impact on the residents.

An example is the ever growing crime rate within the complex. We were told when we moved in here that the development was to be fenced in soon with a security access. The complex has never done this. They have also fired the security they had here. Break Ins are becoming more common as well as vehicle vandalizing.

The construction of the building are cheap. This is not the fault of the current owners, yet they are not taking the proper steps to improve them. Personally I believe that should the city inspect them for codes, they would not pass.

Utility bills are excessively high due to poor insulation and cheap windows.

As for the spacious, these apartments can not be beat. The rooms are the largest I have found in the area. However they sorely lack storage area.

The Maintenance dept is excellent when something goes wrong. They are prompt and offer 24/7 service.

The complex seems to be going on a bit of a downward trend other than improvement trend even though they did add new siding. However this was a must due to a termite problem.

Cable service was once included as well. That has been taken away as well as numerous other perks we once had. However the rent steadily increases every year.

The Apartments could be lovely and the best there is. However the owners do not seem to be wiling to invest, and more importantly see more set on taking more from the residents than offering.

We WILL be moving out shortly.
