This place is old and run down. The landscaping is poor and the paint on all the doors are pealing off. They really need to do a HUGE makeover on this place. Replace the appliances, fix up the oustide and this place wouldn't be so bad. A place this old needs a lot of maintenance and that can cause some inconveniences for residents, as it did for us. I don't suggest getting a loft apartment only because during the summer your electric bills will be out of this world. In our 2/2 loft our bill ran an average of $300/month. I understand that crime is everywhere, but not much is done to prevent it here. The gates always seem to be broken and the security guard is hardly ever on duty. I am just being honest on the things that bothered us the most, and I am not in any way trying to convince you to not move here. The prices are very reasonable here, however you can get something in Metrowest for the same price that is more newer and much nicer.
