Despite what some other people are saying (negative) about this place, I truly had a great experience living here! Victoria Pointe was my home for 2 yrs, and loved every minute of it! the people were great, and the landscaping is fantastic for walking my dog.
The main reason I picked this property over EVERY other one in Metro West, was because of the unique floor plans & lofts they offered and the leasing & management staff.
They were the ONLY property that wasn't fake to me when I visited! Most of the others were only interested in getting me to lease, and not on establishing a good rapport with their future residents.
Also, they would bend over backwards for their residents- giving a car a jump (when they were off the clock) and by doing a lot of resident activities so we all felt like we were a close community. All the staff lived on property.
Oh, and by the way- to those other people who like to rat on this property- I know them- and they like to blow a lot of smoke when they get pissed off about stuff. Especially, when most of it was their own fault! ***Crime and spider bites happen everywhere in Orlando (and Florida) so you can't hold an apartment responsible- that's what car & health insurance is for! Duh!!!
But anyways, this apartment community was and still is my favorite out of all the others in the Metro West area. When I had to move back home for health reasons, it was a sad day when I finally turned in my keys. I was leaving my home as well as my neighbors and friends.
