I have lived in this apartment complex for the past year and as soon as our lease is up we are moving out. The apartment itself is nice, its not the best in the Metro West but it's ok. The problem that I have is with the people in the community. It is the loudest that I have ever lived in. At all hours of the night there is cars coming and going (and they are not quiet cars) they are blaring their stereos and revving there engines. Also the parking is horrible half of the time I have to park on the grass or two buildings over. I feel as if the people in this community have no respect for the others living here. I have almost been run over twice while I was walking. The landscaping is not well maintained at all. The staff is only nice until you sign the lease. After that they are not friendly at all. When you go into the office to talk to them they act like you are wasting their time. And I guess if they feel that way then it is a waste of my time and money to live here. So I advise don't live here. It is not worth it.
