I'd recommend moving here only if you do not get an apartment below anyone else.. The electricity bill is way more than what it should be for an 1100 sq/ft apartment and we've had to get the air compressor replaced after many calls..

Our big complaint is that if you live below anyone, you'll have the issue of not being able to get to sleep "ever"... We've been here for 1 and a half years and about a year ago, couldn't take it anymore and began sleeping on the couch from the noise problem. We at first thought that it was "normal" apartment living, but it really is louder than I've ever had anywhere else.. They have very nice community gatherings and are very family orriented, but I still need to go back to the noise issue if you live on the 1st floor.. The apartments are getting up there in age and have had some issues, but everything is generally fixed quickly..

Finally, this is a re-submission from my original post. I've deleted the original because it wasen't fair to the complex itself and while it didn't specificly name anyone, it was directed in a hurtfull way towards the person living above us because of an extremly bad night sleep the previous night before the original post..
