My AC has gone out a few times and it's taken days, not hours, to get service to help. This is unacceptable, especially when it's happening in July and August.

We've had repeated problems with Hot Water heater.

It seems the service people they hire are inexperienced and subsequently do shoddy work. EXAMPLE: hot water heater hose came off and flooded our apt. A few days later same thing happens again, even worse we had just went out and replaced all the damaged stuff from the previous flood.

Apts are attractive, they look nice inside and out. BUT Walls are thin, you can hear everything. The floor plan is odd, makes it hard to place furniture. Outlets for tv, phone and cable are in odd places and not nearly enough of them in the older apartments/condos.

Westgate Drive is like the De-Militarized zone between Olympia and Pine Hills. There's a bit of crime in the area, the neighborhood can go either way. Too risky of a bet to buy for speculation shopping.

Safety has been an issue. Security gates don't work. Property Mgmt fired the old security guards, but after a few months of complaints they rehired a new security company. It seems this behavior is part of a pattern or the company trying to save money and willingness to sacrafice the tenants happiness and potentially wellbeing. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
