What a mess is all I can say!
I have lived here for over 3 years, and have rapidly seen this place decline.
There is mold in the apartments, bugs, and who knows what else.
If you do move here, hopefully you won't be in need of maintenance any time soon!
Just this past weekend, we noticed our master bedroom carpet was flooded!
I called maintenance on Sunday, and could not get anyone to come out. Um, I'm sorry but isn't that what the emergency line is for...EMERGENCIES''
Finally maintenance came out Monday (after about 5 different calls), only to call the plumber and the carpet cleaners.
The carpet people came out before the plumber fixed the leak, hence the carpet is still soaking wet!!! Not to mention what mold has been surfacing since the water has been sitting for days now!!!
Hopefully you won't have the same situation, but good luck if you dare to move here...not to mention buying these dumps!!!!
DON'T DO IT...THESE ARE VERY OLD BUILDINGS AND NOT WORTH EVEN CONVERTING TO CONDO'S!!!
