Good and Bad things about this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response Hi all. I lived here for 6 months in the fall of 2005 (moved from Texas) while I acclimated to Orlando and was looking for a house. I will put down the pros and cons I found about living here. Do not live here if you are commuting to Univ of Central FLA (UCF) if you don't hav the money to take the toll road (it was 5 or so dollars a day to get to and from ucf for me back then). Overall, I was happy with Villa Tuscany (VT) when I stayed there. Hope this helps in your apt decision-making. Nicole Pros - I liked the office staff and felt that they were responsive to my needs. I had many packages delivered to me with no problem. I was always friendly toward them and they were the same towards me. - Apt. was spacious and nice (liked the garden tub) and everything worked well. - Had to call maintenance on rare occasions and when they came, they were responsive and took care of what I needed to have done. - Area near apt has lots of shopping and there is mall (albeit not a great one) called west oaks nearby. I loved the big borders near there. - As many people said on here already, VT does have a lot of "ghetto" residents which I did not want to associate with, much less live near. I wondered how they could afford the rent legally. There were a lot of single, working professionals which I appreciated as I was the same (working and going to ucf) but I would not advise this place for kids. I As an aside, I used to be amused when I saw people with trash bags on the hoods of their cars driving them to the dumpsters as I view that as "trashy" (pardon the pun!) behavior. - It was not as clean as I expected it to be when i moved in. The fridge and under the kitchen and bathroom sinks were not clean and I had to scrub them before putting my things aways. - The area surrounding the place (specifically pine hills) is not great and I did not feel comfortable going out alone at night. - Price is too high for area and not competitive with market prices for similar places. - I was charged for something stupid when I left (it was taken out of my deposit) that I did not even notice in the inital walk through - covers for the stove burners. I mean who has those nowadays anyways'

You are an ass. Just because someone is different dose not meant that you are better than them,and it also dose not mean that they are doing something illegal. I can tell that you are from Texas because you are just as ignorant as Gorge Bush. Maybe you should take your country ass back to Texas. VT is great
