This is a real getto area. There are too many ------ and Haitians. Peo[le are inconciderate and will talk loud around your bedroom window any time of the night. Hallway, in every building is filty with human urine, vomit, beer bottles, paper, dog pee, candy, spit, and never gets washed. No need to complain to the manager for he does nothing about anything unless the rent is late. Think you will get sleep' No!! Music can be heard from cars through the night. Kids are out playing between 2am and 3am.(as many as six between age 10-14) The apartments are heavily infested with drug dealers and users. There are break-ins, also. I am sorry I moved in Village Lakes.
