ok so i movede in here december 2008 really dont know what i was thinking my experience here has not been good at all!!! the staff does not get back with until they are ready, i have had to floods of water in my apartment and staff will not pull my carpert becuase it stinks now, ants are just ugh!!! roaches!!!! and of course my car just got broken into along with my neighbor car also and this is nothing something that rarely happens it is a daily thing car theft thats sad. plz if u are thinking of moving in here think twice before u do! im definately moving out when my lease is up. if u have any questions plz do not hesistate to email me on yahoo messenger skatrina48@yahoo.com SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I have lived at village park a few years and never had any of the problems you are describing maybe you have had a few bad things happen but you cant be mad at the apartments for your car break in what are they suppose to do about it? Orange County, Fl has 1,290,000 people thats alot of people some good some bad unfortunately crimes happen everywhere.

so what if none of these things have happened to you everybody on here is entitled to there own opinion based on what we have experienced and i am desribing my experience while living in this area, everybody has different experiences that is what this site is for, yes there is crime every where in orlando so anyone best bet is to just not move to this side of town.

So, I've lived here since November 2007. In the beginning, I had issues with ants everywhere. The office staff sprayed once. I eventually had to correct the problem myself. Besides the ants, the place was an alright place to live. Now, I have the loudest neighbors ever. They play their music and assault my ears with their singing until 3 sometimes 4am. Also, my bathroom seems to be falling apart. Cracks in my tubs, leaks in the toilet. The staff never really fix the issue, they pretty must just do a cosmetic fix which only results in the issue sprouting up again. I feel bad for my neighbors b/c they get the worst end of the flooding. I don't recommend anyone to move here. I'm actually thinking about terminating my lease as soon as I find a new place.
