If you don't mind being surrounded by loud and inconsiderate college kids, then this place is fine. They charge about $500 a room in 3/4 bdrm apts (which is a severe rip off) and the maintenance staff is not very helpful. The gym, pool, and mail system are great I have never had a problem.

I have had noise issues and had to call cops at least a dozen times before anything was taken care of.

Parking is an issue. There are only about 30 visitor spots in the entire complex and they tow sporatically (which costs $100 for any unlucky friends who can't find a visitor spot)

The location is convenient but the loudness makes you willing to drive the extra 5/10 minutes for a quieter complex.
