I lived in Village at Science Drive for three years now. The staffs definitely do not know how to do roommate match. I was stuck with bad roommates for three years straight. They always slam their doors. I was not a social person and so I asked for quiet roommates three years in a row. And they always give me roommates who love to bring their friends over and have parties. Yuck!



Don??t ever live in bedroom A because all you will hear is people walking in and out of the door and walking up and down the stairs.



The maintenance is okay. They were able to fix everything that I asked for. Make sure you clean up the place really good before you move out because they will charge you like 20 dollars to replace a freakin?? light bulb.



The gate never works. Why did we pay $50 dollars for a gate remote' What a waste of money!



It??s not that loud in where I live. Once a while, upstairs neighbor would be walking like an elephant. But it just depends on who your neighbors are.



I never had a problem parking because I lived in the corner building. There is always space for me to park. They do need to provide more visitor space though. They never tow anyway, don??t worry much...



The ethernet is great here. Very fast.



I also love the walk-in closet and bathroom. They are very spacious.



Rent is a lot over here, but this place is pretty new. Just make sure you make enough money before you move in. Haha...
