I have lived here for 3 years and will not leave till I am done with school. What the other people say are part truths. It is a college community, but hey so are all the other complexes by UCF. I used to live at Pegasus landing and what I like about The Village compared to there is that it seems like you are more than a rent check to them. They do alot of stuff for residents that other complexes dont do. Parking is def an issue sometimes. I really do think they need more visitor parking though. I have had good roommates so far. But its not really their fault if the roommates are bad. In my expieriences sometimes it just doesn't work out. Besides parking I really love it!
