I've lived here for two years now... I sholdn't have signed the lease for the 2nd year. Management is incompetant. The internet is horrible. If you want a high speed connection, you need to buy your own, because the internet here is constantly going down. They tow for no reason, barely any visitor parking, when I come home late at night, I'm lucky if I don't have to park 3 or 4 apartments away from my own.

Staff is generally friendly, but management is horrible. The reason I signed a least for a second year is because I didn't feel like moving everything. HOWEVER, they made me move out of my room anyway!! Apparently there is a little clause in the lease that says they can move you for whatever reason they deem necessary, giving you 7 days notice. Furthermore, they forgot this clause in the lease I resigned, and tried to get me to sign to the clause months after I resigned my lease. I said NO WAY, and they threatened that they could take legal action based upon the lease I signed for year one. I told them to go ahead and try.
