1. Horrible roommate matching.
2. Disorganized and unprofessional management staff.
3. The advertisements boast a gated community, but the gates are never closed.
4. The lease stipulates no pets, but you'll see big dogs, small dogs, cats, and even snakes occasionally in apartments.
5. Very thin walls, and lots of creaking.
6. Apartments are run-down and dirty.
7. Don't expect to get your mail on time.
On the plus side, it's a great place for students who like to attend parties, there's one every night. If you like to lose sleep your bed is jumping up and down from the bass upstairs, downstairs, or from the next room, this is the place for you.
