I lived in this hell-hole for a year.

(A year to long) I stayed here when it was called College Suites.

This place was shady from the start!!! You lease ended before the end of the month yet your were responsible for the entire months rent.

They say they need those days to clean the apt and get it ready for the next tenants.

Well you can't charge me a full months rent and I don't get a full month you jackasses.

Free utilities my ---.

They have a cap on what you can use and if you go over that they charge that to your rent.

READ YOUR LEASE OR GET AND ATTY TO DO IT FOR YOU!!!

God Forbid somthing happens.

There way of solving a problem is to serve the whole complex with seven day notices, instead of doing their research and finding the culprit.

Their excuse is that they serve everyone so someone will talk and give up the culprit.

Not only is that illegal that is ------- up people's rental history.

We got served with a seven day notice for something that happened before we even moved in.

Let's just just I had a few choice words for the ignorant people in the front office.

Then they would fine us for putting boxes out on the balcony.

We had doorside trash pickup.

What the hell!! Then they went too far.

If your parents co-sign for you, they will call your parents and tell them about the seven day notices they are serving you with.

They thought I could get evil, they haven't met my father.

My father ripped a new one into them.

He told them if they should serve me with another notice for something I had no part in we would own that MF.

Believe me I have no problem suing people.

I have attorneys on speed dial considering I work at the courthouse for a judge and am in constant contact with attorneys.

The walls are paper thin.

The gate is broken half the time and so easy to break into.

Parking SUCKS!!! Don't get home late or else your are parking way in the boondocks.

You hear everything.

One night there was an accident on the trail and it cause the power to go off.

There was a damn riot in the complex.

Lawn chairs were thrown in the lagoon surrounding the pool.

Beer bottles were thrown at buildings.

They broke the fire hydrant and flooded someone's car.

Guess what happened after that.

We all got served with Seven-Day Notices.

What a bunch or morons!! From what I understand I think that company no longer runs it but they still have the same problems with the new company.

If you like to party all the time, don't like to sleep, hanging around spoiled rich brats who live off their parents and don't give a crap about school, this is the perfect place for you.
