Rating of a 5 you got to be kidding me. It is an alright place to live there is a lot worse out there. I live here the pool is so so. The place is not that new as the person wrote that it is new. I do like how large the bedrooms are and I am in room A. It is just so so and is worth the money compared to a lot of other places for example Jefferson Lofts which are very small. I am moving from Science Drive to a much nicer place but of course I have to pay a little more but it will be worth it, I am tired of all the late parties and people hanging out in the parking lot and hallways any given night and I am not comfortable with the security, one girl was held up at gun point another night we thought there was gunfire and it took a long time for the police to get there and in both cases there was no security around. I would recommend to people just not the place for me or my roommates security is a problem with me here and I would rather pay more money to feel safe and a little cleaner apartments. Science Drive needs to replace the furniture and carpeting and should have monthly pressure cleaning of hallways they are nasty from the garbage outside of the apartment doors.
