They don't clean your apartment before moving in. Expect the walls to be gross, the carpet to be thin and black, and all of your appliances to be broken.

So, the first month I lived here I was robbed. Laptop stolen. The office didn't really care (even though we suspected it was one of our roommates who took it) and the lockes were changed. A lot of good that did, because one of our roommates made copies of the front door key so her friends and family members could come and go as they please. That's safety. I was even threatened by one of these so called family members and called the cops. The office still didn't care.

A year later my personal property was destroyed. I called the cops and filed a report (this was the third time in a year that the cops had to be called to my apartment), and guess who didn't care' That's right, the office staff. The only thing they could do to help me was for me to break my lease.

Oh yea, and to break your lease they charge you $200 and you forfeit your security deposit. Forget what the lease says that you signed, they don't follow it.

They say they roommate match, but that's a lie. I was placed with a 26 year old woman when I was a 19 year old student.

My mail was always late and or lost and sometimes I would get packages and wouldn't receive them for months (supposedly they were "misplaced" in the office).

For what you pay this is not worth it.
